Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: March 8, 2026
By using this website, contacting us, booking a service, purchasing a package, or attending our facility, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Who we are
This website and the services offered through it are operated by Executive Athletics (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
2. Information on this site
The content on this website is provided for general information and educational purposes only.
It is not medical advice, diagnosis, physiotherapy, chiropractic care, psychology, or emergency care, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
3. Fitness and health responsibility
Physical training and nutrition coaching involve effort and some level of inherent risk.
By participating, you confirm that the information you provide about your health, injuries, limitations, medications, and training history is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that you will update us if anything changes.
You agree to stop exercise and seek appropriate medical advice if you experience pain, dizziness, chest discomfort, shortness of breath beyond normal exertion, or any unusual symptoms.
4. Eligibility and bookings
You must be at least the age of majority in Alberta, or have a parent or legal guardian’s involvement and consent where required, to purchase services through the site.
Bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until accepted by us and, where applicable, payment has been successfully processed.
5. Pricing and disclosures
We will clearly disclose pricing, billing frequency, package terms, taxes, and any material conditions before you complete a purchase. Alberta consumers have the right to be informed and to be charged only for services they requested and agreed to pay for.
We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing or posting errors before accepting an order or booking.
6. Website use
You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious code, or use the site for unlawful purposes.
7. Results disclaimer
We provide personalized coaching and professional guidance, but results vary from person to person.
We do not guarantee any specific outcome, including weight loss, strength gain, pain reduction, body composition change, athletic performance, or health result.
8. Facility and conduct
We may refuse service, suspend access, or end a client relationship if someone behaves in a threatening, abusive, unsafe, discriminatory, or disruptive way, or repeatedly ignores safety instructions.
Where reasonable, any unused prepaid services affected by a termination under this clause will be handled under the Payments, Refunds & Cancellation Policy below.
9. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website content, branding, graphics, text, downloads, and design elements belong to [Business Name] or are used with permission.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or commercially use site content without written permission.
10. Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms is intended to waive, limit, or override any rights you may have under applicable law, including Alberta’s Consumer Protection Act. Alberta consumers cannot contract out of those protections, and unfair practices can create cancellation and remedy rights regardless of what a contract says.
We do not use unfair, misleading, deceptive, or high-pressure sales practices. Alberta law protects consumers from unfair business practices before, during, and after a consumer transaction.
11. Disputes
If you have a concern, we ask that you contact us first so we can try to resolve it promptly and professionally.
Nothing in these terms prevents either party from bringing a claim in a court that has proper jurisdiction where the law allows it. Alberta’s Consumer Bill of Rights states that consumers cannot be forced into arbitration in place of court remedies.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
