Jeff Marsh
Head Trainer, Certified Personal Trainer

Jeff is the Head Trainer at Executive Athletics and has worked in the fitness industry as a Personal Trainer since 2015. During this time, he has had the pleasure of training a wide variety of clientele, ranging from youth to seniors, corporate executives to athletes and everyone in between. The experience he has gained training such a diverse range of individuals has allowed Jeff to develop expertise in creating specific fitness programming that meets the individual needs of each client.
Jeff attended the Personal Fitness Trainer program at NAIT and graduated with Distinction from the program. He is thankful to work in a field where he can combine his two greatest passions, teaching and fitness, to help others work towards achieving their goals. Since completing his training at NAIT, Jeff has continued to learn and grow as a professional, and in 2021, chose to partner in the establishment of Executive Athletics, where he enjoys supporting and collaborating with an outstanding team of fitness professionals.
Jeff has an extensive background in sport. From a young age, and throughout his school years, he competed at a high level in both hockey and soccer. Later, he transitioned into playing in men’s leagues recreationally and began to shift his focus to a more rigorous fitness lifestyle.
Over the past several years, Jeff has developed a number of additional fitness passions including Olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, cycling, and rock climbing.
According to Jeff: “The greatest reward from this career is to see the internal growth a client experiences from the work we do. The adoption of fitness into their lifestyle is amazing to be a part of.”

Morgan's coaching style is mindful and purpose-driven — combining both strength training and nutrition to help you work with your body, not against it. Morgan's hobbies include; paddleboarding, skeet shooting, petting any critter that will let her, and training for both strength and endurance. "Powerlifting and long-distance running are the foundations of my own training — I consider myself a hybrid athlete with goals to compete in both powerlifting and ultramarathons in the future."
Stephanie Lehr-Boyd
Personal Training Specialist
Steph has been working as a Certified Personal Training Specialist for nearly 9 years. Her sport and fitness journey started at a very young age, playing soccer until high school and competing in track from Grade four through into her first year of university. During this time, she also dabbled in strength training but really fell in love with weightlifting in 2011, and it continues to be a passion for her today.
In 2013, Steph decided to embark on a career in the fitness industry and hasn’t looked back.
Over the past 9 years, Steph has coached clients in functional training, hypertrophy training, powerlifting, long distance running, and more importantly, she has been able to share her extensive knowledge about the crucial role exercise and proper nutrition play in our overall health and wellness.
Whether you’re someone who wants to lose weight, gain weight/muscle, gain strength, improve cardiovascular health, need a change/direction in your workout routine or just want to improve your overall health and nutrition then Steph would love to create a program tailored to you and your specificneeds!
